Elevated total bilirubin

Elevated direct bilirubin

No evidence of biliary tract obstructive disease process

Normal levels of AST, ALT, GGT and alkaline phosphatase. These levels can be elevated for other reasons, but, in pure Dubin Johnson syndrome, they should not be affected
