Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has announced the launch of Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, the generic equivalent of Taro Pharmaceutical’s Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, USP 100,000/g 0.1%.
The cream, a combination of polyene antifungal and corticosteroid, is indicated for the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis. The Food and Drug Administration approved Dr. Reddy’s generic version this October.
The Dr. Reddy’s Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream is available in tube sizes of 15g, 30g and 60g.
